• The management committee of the Yellow Emperor’s Native Place Scenic Spot in Xinzheng is a public institution of county level directly under the People's Government of Xinzheng City for comprehensive management of affairs related to this scenic spot and has 5 divisions: office, propaganda and reception division, operation and management division, visitors reception center, and planning and building division.
  Main responsibilities:
  1. Implement the laws and regulations, rules and policies regarding the scenic spot and tourism management provided by Zhengzhou city, Henan province, China; practice the planning, construction and management of the scenic spot; properly develop scenic resources and do well the propaganda work.
  2. Protect the scenic resources and natural eco-environment in the scenic spot.
